Shipping policy

This policy sets out details of delivery for your online purchases. If you require clarification or have any questions please contact our Customer Service Hotline on +960 9788158 during business hours.

Where we deliver
We currently deliver to all addresses within the Maldives. We require a mobile number for delivery.

The locations we can deliver to may change from time-to-time. Please call our Customer Service Hotline to find out if we deliver to your location.

How and when we deliver
All deliveries within Greater Male' are made between 9.00am to 4.00pm Saturday to Thursday by Plaza Online delivery team or our chosen carrier.

All deliveries within Greater Male' are made based on their purchased time as follows:

All orders placed before 3.00pm on a weekday, delivery will be made on same day before 4:00 pm.
All orders received after 3:00 pm on a weekday, delivery will be made on the following day before 12:00 pm.
All orders received on a Friday or public holiday, delivery will be made before 4:00pm the following day or next working day.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary. Large items require extra handling and may take longer to transport.

All deliveries to other islands will be delivered within 3 - 5 business days by air and 7 business days by sea.

Items may be delivered to you individually and/or separately by our in-house delivery staff or different couriers and transport agencies.

We are not responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Please ensure that your requested delivery location is free from obstructions and is otherwise in a clean and tidy state to prevent any delivery delays.

Cost of delivery
Delivery charges within Greater Male' are fixed at MVR 10.00.

All orders exceeding the value of MVR 250.00 will be delivered Free of Charge (FOC) within Greater Male'.

Delivery charges to other islands by sea are fixed at MVR 20.

Delivery charges to other islands by air are fixed at MVR 50.00.

Acceptance of delivery
Deliveries must be signed for, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by D&P PERFUMUM  to be authorised to receive the products.

If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address during the delivery hours, we recommend nominating a work address or address of a family member who will be present during the delivery hours.

Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery of the product(s) by the courier.

Personal Pickup
All items can be picked up from the following retail store:

D&P PERFUMUM (Near Champa central hotel)
Rahdhebai Magu
Opening hours: 9:00-12:00 13:30-18:00 20:00-22:00

Once you're ready to purchase, select the “Pick up in Store” button on the Checkout page.

To pick up your items in our above-mentioned store, you will need to bring the card used for payment, or the order number and a valid photo ID.

Items will be ready for pick up immediately after order.

Delivery Problems
If your delivery has not arrived, please contact our Customer Service Hotline. If you wish to return a product delivered damaged or otherwise, please refer to the Returns Policy.
